Hi, I’m Georgie,

I’m a mum of two, Clinical Nutritionist, and passionate advocate for women’s hormone health, mental wellbeing, and gut health throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

I support women through the physical, emotional, and nutritional changes that can come with motherhood, from postpartum recovery and nutritional depletion to hormone imbalances, weight changes, low energy, bloating, stress and mood concerns. My focus is on helping you feel more energised, balanced, and supported in both body and mind.

A key part of my work also includes supporting early motherhood nutrition for both mum and child. This includes helping mothers rebuild their own nutrient stores after pregnancy and breastfeeding, while also guiding practical, realistic approaches to family meals, fussy eating, and children’s gut and digestive health to create a calmer, more confident approach to nourishing your family.

Through a detailed 90-minute initial health assessment, and functional testing where appropriate, we work together to explore the potential root causes of your symptoms. From here, I create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to support postpartum recovery, hormonal balance, mental clarity, digestive health, and practical family nutrition strategies.

The goal is to help you feel more like yourself again (or more comfortable in the new ‘mum version’ of you), while creating sustainable, supportive nutrition habits for both you and your child that fit real life.
