Hi, I’m Georgie,
I'm a mum of two and a Clinical Nutritionist, passionate about supporting women's hormone, mood and gut health through the many transitions of life.
I help women navigate the physical and emotional changes that can arise during motherhood, postpartum recovery and perimenopause. Whether you're experiencing fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal symptoms, brain fog, low mood, anxiety or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, my focus is on helping you feel more energised, resilient and supported in both body and mind.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with counselling-informed support, meaning we not only focus on what to eat, but also the emotional, behavioural and lifestyle factors that influence your health and wellbeing. This creates a more compassionate, realistic and sustainable path to change.
