Hi, I’m Georgie,
I’m a mum of two, Clinical Nutritionist and passionate advocate for women’s hormone health, mental wellbeing and gut health during motherhood. From hormone imbalances and weight changes to low energy, bloating, stress and mood concerns, I’m here to help you feel your best again.
I have a strong interest in mental health and nervous system support - areas that deeply influence wellbeing during the mothering journey - and I’m currently studying a Masters in Counselling to support women on a deeper level on their health journey.
My mission is to empower mothers with the knowledge and understanding of their own bodies, honouring them as a whole person, rather than a collection of symptoms.
Through a detailed 90-minute health assessment and functional testing (where needed), we work together to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised dietary and lifestyle treatment plan to help restore hormonal balance, mental clarity and a happy gut, to optimise your long-term physical and mental health.
As a Clinical Nutritionist, I understand how important a food-first approach is, but health is not just about food, it needs a whole body approach that also takes into consideration lifestyle, environment & emotional wellbeing - that is where I can help!
