Personalised treatment plans to support you & your goals

Postnatal depletion doesn’t just affect new mothers-it affects all mothers. If a new mum isn’t allowed to fully recover from the demanding requirements of pregnancy and birth, the aftereffects can last for years…take into account the stress and sleeplessness associated with raising tweens and teenagers, coupled with the hormonal effects of perimenopause and menopause, it can become a pretty grim journey if mothers aren’t truly supported and allowed to recover”.

About Blossoming Health Nutrition

Blossoming Health Nutrition was created as a safe space for women to understand more about their body and how they can best nourish and look after themselves in the months and years postpartum and into perimenopause.

As a mum of 2, I appreciate that motherhood is a time of great change for the body, when mental health challenges and new conditions may arise. This is alongside the constant mental demands of modern life and the lack of time women have these days to really rest, recover and nourish themselves after birth. I believe that setting the foundations for health by optimising nutrition and rectifying nutrient depletion sets women up to be able to better cope with the physical and mental ups and downs that parenthood brings.

My aim is for the information and advice I provide to be easy to navigate and simple to incorporate into your daily life. After all, if you are given a treatment plan that doesn’t work for you, you likely won’t continue with it.

About Georgie

I have had a love for nutrition for as long as I can remember. I have always been fascinated by the positive and negative effects our diet can have on our health, and just how few people actually realise the power they have over their own health.

My mission is to raise awareness of just how much we are able to influence our own hormonal and mental health with good nourishment and lifestyle habits, and how we as mothers and future mothers can lay the foundations for our children’s health, into adulthood.
