Hi, I’m Georgie,

I’m a mum of two, Clinical Nutritionist and passionate advocate for women’s health and mental wellbeing. I support mothers through the postnatal and breastfeeding stages, into perimenopause and beyond. With a background in psychology (though not a psychologist), I have a strong interest in mental health and nervous system support — areas that deeply influence wellbeing during the mothering journey.

I created Blossoming Health Nutrition to empower women with simple, practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that can help them manage and improve their own health - from hormone concerns, energy struggles and headaches, to anxiety, stress and low mood, transforming not only their health, but also the health of their families.

Through a detailed health assessment and functional testing (where needed), I work to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised treatment plan to help restore hormonal balance, mental clarity and optimise long-term physical and mental health.
